The Stretton Connect: NDIS Business Support Program provides a diverse range of support to participants through workshops and one-on-one mentoring, meeting each businesses unique requirements.

Sally Ryan, Founder of Pathways to Recovery, commenced the program with an established business and good understanding of operating as a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider.

Her business, Pathways to Recovery, had experienced a rapid growth from a sole trader to 33 employees within 18 months as the business had diversified to meet increased demand and local requirements.

Pathways to Recovery provides outreach services, accommodation and support coordination services assisting clients to exercise their right of choice and control, and live a happy and fulfilled life.

So far Sally has not only benefited from a range of workshops and mentoring sessions through the program, she has developed her skills through her involvement in the program as a mentor.

Sally is able to share her success and lived experience as an NDIS provider with participants, making her an ideal candidate to support start-ups navigate the registration process to become a NDIS provider and increase their understanding of the market.

Her role as mentor and workshop facilitator provides Sally the opportunity to develop her skills, growing her capacity as a business leader.
