There’s no doubt that ‘being green’ is something most of us know is a good thing, and intelligent building design means the Stretton Centre was environmentally sustainable even before building began.

Every possible element of construction has been considered for not just how it impacts the Playford community now, but well into the future.

Compared to many older buildings*, the Stretton Centre:

  • Uses less water
  • Uses less power
  • Uses smart design to help with cooling and heating
  • Uses materials that are cost effective and have low environmental impact

Of course, using less water and power for heating and cooling means that Stretton will potentially enjoy lower utility costs, and just as important, users will enjoy a more effortlessly comfortable environment.
