The Stretton Centre has partnered with Business Coach, Sarah Reimann to take small businesses and start-ups through a 4 week program outlining the 4 P’s of Business Planning.

  • Week 1 – Monday 28 September, 9.30-11.00am - Sets the foundation for the strategic business planning process and gives participants a great framework for where to start and what to look at in their business in order to produce a plan that will work.
  • Week 2 – Monday 12 October, 9.30-11.00am - Addresses the internal workings of the business and the key roles of the owners, managers and staff. We will look at how to leverage and scale the business effectively, run productively and efficiently and learn how to manage risks.
  • Week 3 – Monday 19 October, 9.30-11.00am - Looks at how a business can sustain profitability and continue to be financially viable even through tough times and uncertainty.
  • Week 4 – Monday 26 October, 9.30-11.00am - Talks to the importance of building a good team who are reliable and can help you grow the business. Why systems and procedures are the key to better team performance and correctly implementing change is crucial to the success of team and systems.
