The Stretton Centre was designed to achieve 5 Star in accordance with the Green Star Office Design Rating.
Every possible element of construction has been considered for not just how it impacts the Playford community now, but well into the future.
Compared to many older buildings, the Stretton Centre was designed:
- To use less water and power;
- Reduce cooling and heating requirements thanks to smart design; and
- With materials that are cost effective and have low environmental impact.
