This 3-part program provides practical tools, expert guidance and tailored mentoring to help you drive sustainable growth for your business.
Delivered at the Stretton Centre, this program combines 2 face-to-face workshop days and 1 online workshop, supported by personalised one-to-one mentoring to help you apply what you learn directly to your business.

Program Structure:
July 29th Workshop 1: Business Modelling, Planning and Strategies for Growth- full day (Face-to-face)
Aug 5th Workshop 2: Financial Management- Half -day (Online)
Aug 12th Workshop 3: Sales, Marketing and Digital Strategies -full day (Face-to-face)
Personalised mentoring support- After the occlusion of the program you will receive six one-hour one-to-one mentoring sessions with an experienced Business Mentor, that ensures the program goes beyond theory, supporting you to embed new systems, strategies and practices that deliver measurable results.
