Are you one of the many small and micro-business owners that know social media is important, but struggle to use it effectively? Uncertainty around which platforms to focus on, what content to post, and how to manage social media consistently often leads to overwhelm, inconsistency, and wasted effort.

How to Use Social Media Effectively in Your Business is a practical, hands-on workshop designed to help you simplify your social media marketing. Participants will learn how to move from scattered effort to a clear, manageable system that supports your business goals.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Audit their current social media platforms and identify what is working
  • Understand how customers use social media to search, validate, and choose businesses
  • Confidently select the right platforms for their business
  • Build a simple content creation system that removes the guesswork of “what to post”
  • Plan and write a 30-day content schedule during the session
  • Learn how to manage social media consistently with a realistic, low-time workflow

Key Outcomes for Participants

Participants will leave with:

  • Clear direction on where to focus their social media efforts
  • Content planned and written
