The pilot program, called the Northern Entrepreneur Growth Program (NEGP), is an initiative of the State Government under the Northern Economic Plan (NEP) and has been delivered thanks to a campaign for additional funding from the Member for Light, Mr Tony Piccolo MP. This program has been piloted for businesses and residents in the postcodes of 5115, 5116 and 5118.

The NEGP is being delivered through the Stretton Centre in partnership with the Gawler Business Development Group and Business SA.

The NEGP consist of the following six initiatives:

  1. Northern Entrepreneur Scheme;
  2. Northern Business Coaching;
  3. Profit Improvement for Existing Businesses;
  4. Business Fundamentals for Start Ups;
  5. Business Fundamentals Plus;
  6. Home to Curated Office Environment

We received a great response to the Home to Curated Office Environment program and met so many inspiring business owners and entrepreneurs along the way. All candidates were interviewed so we could understand how useful they would find co-working at Stretton.

It was not an easy decision to make. Here are the five successful applicants of the Home to Curated Office Environment Program:

  • Red Centre Enterprises;
  • Quality Building Inspections;
  • Down to Earth Sustainable Solutions;
  • Johnson Plumbing and Gas; and
  • Sepherra's Beauty.

The successful businesses can now be based at the Stretton Centre full-time for a year for free.

Today, we celebrated the successful applicants achievements with a welcome breakfast to meet our current Stretton Centre co-workers. They have officially started their co-working and we look forward to welcoming them to the Stretton Centre Family!
