The Northern Adelaide Plains is one of the most significant regions for horticulture production in Australia. The City of Playford, through the Stretton Centre has partnered with local industry, government and University to establish a Food Cluster to enhance the regions profile.

Three Playford National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providers have received $20,000 each through the Boosting the Local Care Workforce Program – Transition Assistance Funding to boost their capacity and service provider readiness during the transition to NDIS.

The Stretton Centre partnered with the City of Playford and Network 10’s Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield to showcase the diverse growing techniques and range of produce and products in the Northern Adelaide Plains region.
